3. Order Processing Time
FIORANO TRADE LLC processes orders within 1 to 3 business days after receiving the order and confirming payment. Processing time is the period between payment confirmation and shipment.

4. Carriers
All orders are shipped via authorized carriers in the United States, Such as FedEx, UPS, and USPS. Tracking information will be provided via email after shipment.

Customers may request an exchange within 14 days of receiving products. Exchanged items must be in new condition, and remain resellable. Return shipping costs for exchanges are covered by FIORANO TRADE LLC.
